Create a risk matrix

Risk matrices automate complex risk assessments for clients, users and merchants.

1. Accessing the Risk Matrix Feature

  1. Navigate to the Processes section from your dashboard

  2. Select "Risk Matrices" from the menu options

  3. Click "Create a new Matrix" in the top-right corner

2. Building Your Matrix

The matrix builder allows you to:

  1. Add rows for each risk attribute you want to assess (e.g. country risk)

  2. You can add an extra column by clicking on "Add another column" top right.

  3. Input numerical risk scores for each row

To add a new row:

  1. Click "Add a row below"

  2. Enter the risk attribute name

  3. Add the risk score

  4. Click "Add row to matrix"

  5. Repeat for each risk attribute you want to include.

3. Configuring Matrix Settings

Before saving your matrix:

  1. Set the "Country" column header

  2. Give your matrix a descriptive name (e.g., "Country Risk Matrix")

  3. Review all entries for accuracy

  4. Click "Create Matrix" to save

4. Add your risk matrix to a process

  1. Navigate to processes

  2. Create a new process or open an exisiting process

  3. Add a calculation node

  4. Click "Add risk matrix"

  5. Select risk matrix

  6. Add correlation field for risk matrix
